This is The Greatest idea!!! For Anyone its great, convenient, almost every option possible!! Being Handicapped, I absolutely LOVE LOVE the convenience of the capabilities!!!! Thank you so so very much!!! Plus, being able to phone my Reps. right at my fingertips, is an additional plus!! The ONLY downfall that I personally have on my account is....I am unable to snap a picture of my incoming checks to deposit, especially since my Physical condition does Not allow me to always get to my local branch when I need to!! Other than that, this App is The Greatest Thing every to be created!!!!
Gives me an easy to navigate view of multiple business and personal banking, credit card and investment accounts. Also investment accounts and holdings are priced currently. The Touch ID log in is great although for some reason the iPad version doesnt have that.
I use it all the time. I could not do without it. It is user-friendly and gets me pretty much everything I need.
Very intuitive and useful. Only thing I would improve is quickpay integration.
The JPM app provides all the functionality I need, is easy to use and very fast.
Great app to use, esp when needing to inquire quickly the status of a check written.

Some bad moments

This app is archaic and offers no value. Information on balances, trades, wires, transactions are not in real time. It can take 24 hours to post. Every other bank has the requisite technology. This app should be completely overhauled to add value in the Information Age.
Ive been disappointed with the level of detail available with this app. I return to the full website to see tax lots, for example. JPMs app should approach Fidelitys wonderful app for an iPhone. Thats what I would like to see.
This app only gives me a window that says to use the Chase Banking app. Why the different result from others?
Although it offers very basic features and functionality, this JP Morgan (Chase) application still has glaring omissions, lacking important and convenient security features and not automatically sensing or optimizing big screen layout for iPad. For instance, there is no option to get in/out of the app quickly by using Touch ID (fingerprint ID) on Home button of Apple iPhone 6/7 or iPad Pro. Check out USAA Credit Union application for military families to compare full features with this much more limited JP Morgan (Chase) application. There is simply no fair comparison, as the USAA Credit Union application is vastly superior with many nice, thoughtful security and convenience features in a great layout of useful info thats planned, programmed and implemented well on any iPhone or any iPad. JP Morgan app designers and engineers would be wise to redesign this JPM app to implement features offered by the USAA app.
Ive had to change password at least three times because all of a sudden the fingerprint ID doesnt work. Then you have to call a number. They are always busy and rarely call back
A straightforward app. Lets me get to data and perform tasks from my phone without a lot of clutter and frustrating distractions.
