Wish all banking apps were this easy!

Solid tech and features.. way ahead of others

This app only gives me a window that says to use the Chase Banking app. Why the different result from others?

This is a top end site works perfect hard to imagine this with my Dad in 1960 depositing checks! This ranks up at the top it does everything right ! Good Job Banking guys ! Great app use it all the time easy to use.

So easy to use. Love the check depositing feature since there are no branches in our state and we wanted to leave our money at Chase.

Touch ID is kind of worthless since it regularly forgets that you have already entered your password.

Love the app, has everything I need to manage my account. Especially love the deposit features and the quick pay.

The JPMorgan Chase App is really useful and functional. I can everything on it that I can do at my desk.

Although it offers very basic features and functionality, this JP Morgan (Chase) application still has glaring omissions, lacking important and convenient security features and not automatically sensing or optimizing big screen layout for iPad. For instance, there is no option to get in/out of the app quickly by using Touch ID (fingerprint ID) on Home button of Apple iPhone 6/7 or iPad Pro. Check out USAA Credit Union application for military families to compare full features with this much more limited JP Morgan (Chase) application. There is simply no fair comparison, as the USAA Credit Union application is vastly superior with many nice, thoughtful security and convenience features in a great layout of useful info thats planned, programmed and implemented well on any iPhone or any iPad. JP Morgan app designers and engineers would be wise to redesign this JPM app to implement features offered by the USAA app.

Versatile and Effective; security and sufficient information of the accounts

This app is very good and continues to improve as new features are added regularly. Easy to navigate for both bill pay and investment account activities. I hear that mobile trading will be coming soon.

I love this app and use it for most of my banking.

This is one of the most user friendly apps out. Gives you the ability to see all of your accounts under one app. Also great for using "quick pay"

I like the app except for the requirement to enter a password when doing certain transactions. If the Touch ID can open the app it should do everything. My alternative now is to use safari on my iPhone and the auto password fill which seems to be a less secure method. I also use Safaris password suggestions so its a little long to memorize.
