Easy to use for balance and deposits. Adding all the functions of PC based web page would be perfect!

This app is intuitive in its layout and is easy to use. The only critique I have that the white font used over the scenic background often blends in when scene is showing clouds or other white images.

It does it does what I need, and its significantly faster than it was before. Depositing checks very easy. Checking account status is a no brainier.

Sure make life easier when on road traveling anywhere in the world can do all banking functions and meets my needs Very please with JPM AND ALL THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH VIS THE APP and private messaged Great programme and gets better with each upgrade I did not get paid for this reccomdation

Love this app! Very easy to use. Love the way you can see image of your check. Also can check to see that payment to Chase credit card has been scheduled. Also love deposits by camera! Having Quick Pay on Mobile is very handy. One suggestion: For alerts, please default to open account that has the alert. Or show a check mark next to account with alert in list of accounts under Alerts. I have to go through all accounts to find the one with an alert to read.

Ive had to change password at least three times because all of a sudden the fingerprint ID doesnt work. Then you have to call a number. They are always busy and rarely call back

A straightforward app. Lets me get to data and perform tasks from my phone without a lot of clutter and frustrating distractions.

I personally believe app developers self-impose a boundary condition that an app must never contain all the functionality of the full website. Which is ridiculous and unfortunately these developers follow the same boundary condition. Having said that, this app beats every other banking app Ive tried with regards to how much functionality is retained. Further, the design is sleek, fast, easy to use. I agree with other reviews that re-requiring password after verifying fingerprint is thoroughly annoying and should be removed, or be configurable. If they want, they could require a 2nd touch verification for certain functions (like to prevent quickly grabbing someones phone, and then wiring yourself money from their account while they were logged in).

Easy to use. Convenient access to information. Easy to transfer and other transactions, including deposits!

Handles all the basic functions very well. Had some issues locating ATMs in some areas that werent actually there, early on. Hopefully thats fixed. Would like to be able to transact against external accounts like I can on the website.

Good app... Would like a total balance of all accounts would be great. When you log into the web site you get it but in the iPhone version you dont. More flexibility and detailed views of Total cash, total bonds, total foreign investment is as easy as one click! Keep it up!
